I got caught shoplifting at Khols last month. Right at 490$ . The manager & the cops said it was a misdemeanor. My dad called an attorney today & the attorney said he thinks its a felony. I wasn’t arrested & i didn’t resist. My court date is in 2 days. whats am i dealing with? a felony or misdemeanor?
